David Cox authored article for the 2019 edition of the Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law

David Cox recently authored an article for the 2019 edition of the Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law arguing against the denial of debtors’ discharges in chapter 13 bankruptcies simply due to a default in ongoing mortgage or other direct payments.  The Norton Annual Survey of Bankruptcy Law highlights the writing of leading commentators and lawyers with respect to substantive and procedural issues in bankruptcy law practice and any developments in the changing and often complex body of bankruptcy case law.
