House or Car Loan Monthly Statement, Bill or Payoff
(if your house or car is being financed)
Vehicle or Mobile Home Financing Agreement
(if your car or mobile home is being financed)
Retirement Plan Document and Statement Showing Balance of Funds in Plan
Prior Year’s Tax Return
(and sometimes the return from the year before last is also required)
Proof of Life Insurance Policy’s Cash Surrender Value
